How does shipping work?Home Delivery: We ship via CTT within 24-48 hours and the shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout. For orders within mainland Portugal, delivery typically takes 1 business day; shipping to the islands typically takes 2 business days. For other countries, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. In-Person Pickup: We also offer the option for you to pick up your order in person near Oeiras, which comes at no additional cost to your purchase. If you are from here, you can choose this option at checkout and we will contact you to arrange the pick-up.

How can I track my order?After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. To follow the progress of your delivery, visit the CTT website: CTT Tracking. Enter the tracking number from your email to check the status of your package.

How are exchanges and returns handled?Exchanges Receiving Incorrect Items: - If you receive the wrong item(s) in your order, we will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct items at no extra charge. Exchanging Correct Items: - If you wish to exchange an item from a correct order, you will be responsible for shipping costs for the new item. Please note that personalized items are not eligible for exchange. Exchange Timeframe: - For both scenarios, you have up to 7 days from the day the item arrives at your facility to complete the exchange. Shipping Method: - For both scenarios, we recommend using registered CTT shipping with a tracking number, so we can confirm when the item has arrived at our facility. Processing Time: - Once we receive the item, we will inspect its condition. If it meets our requirements, we will process the shipping. How should I care for my jewellery?To keep your jewelry looking its best, you can follow some of our care tips: - avoid exposing them to perfumes, lotions, creams, hair sprays, or any products containing chemicals because it can cause discoloration and dullness over time; - when you're not using them, store your pieces separately in a closed jewellery box, away from humid areas; - to maintain their shine, use a dry soft cloth and wipe it.

How does your warranty work?We offer a 6-month warranty on all our jewellery. - You should send a clear photo of the damaged jewellery, along with your name and order number, to customer@magari.pt so we can confirm the item is under warranty and meets our specifications. Once we approve the request, please send the item to us via registered CTT shipping (you will cover the shipping cost). - We'll either repair the item or send you a replacement, and we’ll cover the cost to ship it back to you. Please note that we do not offer exchanges or repairs for oxidized jewellery, as it’s important to follow the care instructions provided. Our guarantee covers issues like defects and breakage. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?In the event of any mistakes when confirming your order, we are here to help. You can contact us at customer@magari.pt request a change of address. If your order has not yet been processed, we can update it and deliver it to the new address. If the order has already been sent, the information cannot be updated, the responsibility lies entirely with the customer.

Is stock availability guaranteed when I place an order?Although we do our best to ensure stock accuracy, occasional shortages can happen. If this occurs, we will reach out to inform you of the issue and proceed with a refund or exchange of products.

How can I know if the item I want is available again?If the item you're interested in is out of stock, you can receive a notification once it's available again. Simply click the "Notify Me" button and enter your email address. We'll let you know as soon as the piece is back in stock.
